The Moyle Way runs for 43km through the heart of the world-famous Glens of Antrim. The route is entirely within the Antrim Coast and Glens Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB), a land of geology, wildlife, history, myths and folklore. The route passes through a great variety of scenery and reaches its high point near the summit of Trostan.
Highlights include views to Rathlin and the Scottish Islands, Breen Oakwood, unspoilt blanket bog, standing stones, cairns and Glenariff Forest Park.

If you choose the challenging program you will be rewarded with a real ‘outdoor’ experience, as if you are alone on this planet. Through forest, bog and across hills and along meandering streams. This is Ireland at its best, this trip is 48km and because there is no accommodation at the halfway point your will be collected and brought back to the same B&B as your first night, where after a full irish breakfast you will be ready to continue your Hike on the Moyle Way. If you choose the medium grade package you will miss the most rugged and adventurous parts of the walk but you will be impressed non-the-less.
Dag 1:
Arrival in Cushendall (Bus from Belfast), walk to the hospitable B&B (2km), your luggage can be collected from bus station. Overnight in B&B Cushendall.
Dag 2:
Transfer to Glenariff Forest park, Here you can choose from one of many beautiful walks along forest tracks and stunning waterfalls. Depending on your chosen walk you will hike back to your Bed and Breakfast alongside the Glenariff river. hill-walk from 12 to 16 km / 3-4 hours / 200m. height difference. Overnight in same B&B in Cushendall
Dag 3:
You will be transferred close to Agangarrive Hill and hill-walk alongside the Glenshesk River and through Breenwood and Ballycastle forest arriving in Ballycastle which has a superb selection of quality restaurants and cosy Pubs. Walking approx. 17km. / 4.5 hours / 350m height difference.
Dag 4:
Depart from Ballycastle, or, continue with our Causeway Coastal Walk!
Dag 1:
Arrival in Cushendall (Bus from Belfast), walk to the hospitable B&B (2km), your luggage can be collected from bus station. Overnight in B&B Cushendall.
Dag 2:
Walk along the Glenariff river to the Glennariff Forest Park and through it’s forests and along bogs across Trostan Mountain to the Glendun River. You will be collected at the Pollan Burn. This walk is about 23km, 6-7 hours and climbing 530m. Overnight at the same B&B in Cushendall.
Dag 3:
You will be transferred back to the Pollan Burn, again you will walk through forest and bogland to the Slieveanorra Nature Reserve, alongside the Glenshesk River, through Breenwood and Ballycastle Forest arriving in Ballycastle. This walk is about 25km, 7 hours, and 510m climb.
Dag 4:
Depart from Ballycastle, or, continue with our Causeway Coastal Walk!
